Arati is de naam van de lichtceremonie afkomstig uit India. Regelmatig organiseer ik bij mij thuis deze lichtceremonie. Het is een ceremonie die erkenning geeft aan het Licht van wijsheid in alle wezens We creëren met elkaar een energieveld van licht, liefde en warmte vanuit het hart tot het hart door het hart.
